Advocate Inna Oleksandrivna Mazheru

Born in 1965 in the Dzhankoy town, Crimea region, to a family of member of the armed forces.

In 1989 graduated from F. Dzerzhinsky Kharkiv Law Institute (currently Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University).

Legal experience from 1983. Worked as a bailiff, jurisconsult.

Since 1993, engaged in legal practice as advocate.

On 18.04.1994 swore the oath of Advocate and received a Certificate (that certifies the right to practice law as an advocate) #222 from 15.04.1994 issued on the basis of decision of Zaporozhye (Regional) Qualification-Disciplinary Bar Commission.

On 19.02.2003 the Odessa Regional Qualification-Disciplinary Bar Commission issued a Certificate (that certifies the right to practice law as an advocate) #1136 according to new standard.

After the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On the Bar and Advocate’s Activity" #5076-VI from 05.07.2012 engaged in advocacy individually (Art. 13 Law of Ukraine "On the Bar and Advocate’s Activity").

My specialty:

Criminal law: representation of witnesses, victims, civil plaintiffs, civil defendants.

Legal protection of suspects, defendants accused in committing economic activity crimes (Section VII of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), offenses against the electoral, labor and other personal rights and freedoms of a person and citizen (Section V of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), crimes against traffic safety and operation of vehicles, crimes in the use of computers, computer systems and networks (Section XVI of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), crimes related to government service associated with a provision of public services (Section XVI of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Civil law (including protection of property rights, legal credit relationship, debt recovery, compensation of losses, inheritance law), consultations, preparation of procedural documents of any complexity, representation of legal persons in courts and law enforcement offices, all legal means of protection of the violated rights.

Family law: divorces, child support, division of property, determination of place of residence of children. Consultations, preparation of procedural documents of any complexity, litigation, representation in government and law enforcement offices.

Customs Law: representation in cases on violation of customs rules.

Business Law: consulting, preparation of procedural documents of any complexity and representation of legal persons in courts and law enforcement offices.

Subscription to legal services on a regular basis for businesses and individuals. Services in legal supervision of agreements.

Client is chosen on the basis of ethical and moral standards.

A necessary condition for the conclusion of agreement on legal assistance is mutual understanding of the responsibilities of advocate between the client and advocate.
